Montana Cape House Rules
1.Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Please use designated smoking areas
and be that neat tidy smoker you can be.
2. Care must be taken to see that there is no wastage of water & /or Electricity.
3. Visitors of guests staying over at the guest house are to be arranged with the hosts of
the guest house at additional costs.
4. All electrical devices and appliances should be switched off when leaving the room
please.
5. Cooking in any form using gas, oven, heater, or Hot Plate is NOT allowed inside the
rooms, except in the self-catering rooms with appliances supplied.
6. Eating or drinking on the beds are prohibited.
7. Vehicles should be kept/parked properly in the designated parking bay areas, Do not
block the driveway.
8. Visitors are to park outside & are strictly prohibited from parking inside.
9. Valuables should be kept under safe custody. The owner no staff will be held liable for
any losses.
10. Pets are prohibited.
11. Portable Aircons, Washing machines & Dishwashers are prohibited for long-stay self contained units.
12. Barbeque facilities are unavailable.
13. Trash must be placed in the bin inside the room and must be in a proper black refuse bag. Remember, the Big Black Refuse Bins are collected on Thursdays.
14. Guests are asked to maintain a neat & tidy living area.
15. Please report any inoperative equipment, damages, or faults immediately via call or
WhatsApp to the hosts.
16. For Short terms stays, The Check in Time is 2pm. Check out time is 10am. Any late check outs will be to be arranged in advance. Keys to
be handed in before leaving.
17. Laundry service is available subject to prior arrangements.
